We ship our bone broth frozen in a insulated cooler with dry ice but the product may come slightly defrosted or slushy. As long as it is cold to the touch, your broth is good to put right in the freezer and can be consumed until the Freeze By Date. Once defrosted, broth can be kept in the refrigerator for up to seven days or in the freezer for up to six months. Orders to the East Coast usually ship Monday through Wednesday and take 1-2 days, while West Coast orders, usually ship on Mondays 2 Day Air. Once we ship, we provide you with the tracking number and encourage our customers to check the delivery date.

We cannot offer refunds once you receive your broth. If there is an issue with your broth once it arrives, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist you and replace any damaged product.  

We offer local delivery in the Charlotte area. We cover a 10 mile radius from 28205, and all deliveries are made every Wednesday. Your order will be delivered on the closest upcoming Wednesday from when you order was placed.

Orders are usually ready with in 24 hours, but you will received an email once your order is ready for pick up. On the email it will have the pick- up address, and your order information. You will need to provide you order number or full name at pick-up.
